Ann Fritsch

Ann Fritsch serves as Office Manager at McMillan, Whiteman & Associates, where she oversees back-office operations with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. She brings extensive experience in administration, human resources, benefits, compliance, and operations, with a background spanning private equity, higher education, and now public accounting. This diverse work history gives her a well-rounded perspective on what organizations need to operate smoothly day to day. 

Ann lives in Cape Coral with her husband, their three children, and two much-loved Labradoodles. She holds a master’s degree in Counseling in Higher Education and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In addition, she has earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification along with other operations-related credentials. Known as a detail-oriented and approachable leader, Ann is dedicated to supporting both her colleagues and clients with care and professionalism.
