Betsy McMillan, CPA - Partner

Betsy is the current managing partner of McMillan, Whiteman & Associates, PLLC. She is a licensed CPA in the state of Florida. She received her Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Miami in 1994. She also received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with Honors from the University of Miami in 1992. She represented the University of Miami as a competitive diver throughout her years in college and was an NCAA All-American. 

Her primary practice area includes income tax preparation, planning and advisory services for small and medium sized businesses and their owners. In addition, her practice focuses on tax and fiduciary accounting services for estates and trusts. 

Betsy and her husband moved to Punta Gorda in 1998 and raised their family here in Charlotte County. They are both small business owners and active members of the local community. Betsy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Charlotte County Estate Planning Council. She is a former board member and treasurer of C.A.R.E. of Charlotte County, Inc.
