Geoffrey L. Lorah, CPA - Principal 

Geoff graduated with honors from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Florida and Pennsylvania (Inactive). Geoff is also licensed in Florida as a Community Association Manager. 

Geoff’s primary areas of practice include audit and other attestation services, as well as accounting, tax planning and tax return preparation services, for small business entities, common interest realty 

association and not-for-profit organizations. Geoff also provides tax planning and tax preparation services for individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations. 

Geoff is currently a member of the American Institute of CPA’s, Florida Institute of CPA’s and the Community Association Institute. He has been a CPA since 1977 and with the firm since 1989. Geoff is involved with local charities and community organizations, has been an active Rotarian since 1986, and has served as president of two different Rotary clubs.
