Penny O’Donnell, EA

Penny has been with the McMillan, Whiteman & Associates team since 2001 and has experience working with an array of clients. Her experience includes working with small and medium sized businesses, Community associations, individuals and not for profit entities. 

Penny is an integral member of the team; she has extensive experience in performing assurance engagements from planning through issuing reports. She is skilled in tax preparation for business Corporate and Partnerships as well as individuals. Penny’s work history also includes bookkeeping, customer service and credit analyst positions in banking. 

Penny has a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Eastern Michigan University. She obtained her Enrolled Agent license issued by the Internal Revenue Service; it is the highest credential the IRS awards. This designation allows her to represent clients before the IRS on tax all matters.
